We prepare custom piano tutorials for many of our clients which consists of a high quality piano tutorial synthesia video, sheet music and midi files.

You will need to send us an email at - sachinsen611@gmail.com with all the information about the song including the artist and the name of the song. It will take one to two days for Sachin to learn the song and prepare the piano tutorial, sheet music and midi files for that song.

The cost for custom piano tutorials is - $70 which must to be paid only after Sachin has prepared all the items for the song.

At the moment, we accept Paypal and also major debit/credit cards on our store.
To pay via credit/debit card please choose the "Paypal Checkout" option which will redirect you to a secure paypal checkout page where you will find the option to pay with a credit/debit card depending on your country and location.

I did not receive the download links for my products after completing the payment. What should i do?

In case if you have not received the download links to your digital files after completing the checkout, please check if the money has been deducted from your bank account or not. In some cases payments are kept on hold and released after a few hours.

If the money has been deducted and you still haven't received the download links for your products please contact us via email at - sachinsen611@gmail.com. We will send you your digital files via email within 24 hours.

Can i get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Digital files are not subject to a refund. Once the files have been purchased from our store, we do not offer refund for the digital products sold.

Before making a decision to purchase any file please be sure that you really want it. We have also provided a free first page preview for all the sheet music that is available on our store.
